Prevention from COVID-19:

Starting from Wuhan City of Democratic Republic of China in early December 2019 and spreading to the whole world COVID-19 is one of the most devastating pandemics of the world. Millions of people are infected with the pandemic, cases reported from all over the globe.

Many drugs have been claimed to be effective against infection. Some of them had been tested some are being tested but till now none of them proved to be effective for the complete cure of infection. So with no vaccine and treatment available. The only left choice is to prevent yourself from getting COVID-19 infection:

Wash your hands with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer as washing your hand for 20 seconds with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand sanitizer can kill the virus.

The virus is spread from the droplets coming out of the mouth or nose of an infected person when a person sneezes, Speak, or cough. Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance from other people.

Avoid public gatherings as the chances of spread are more in gatherings as it’s tough to maintain physical distance in these gatherings.

Wear a mask to cover your mouth and nose while going in public.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth as the virus can be transmitted if you touch your eyes, nose, or mouth with a contaminated hand.

Follow good respiratory hygiene such as covering your mouth and nose with a bent elbow while sneezing or coughing and proper disposal of used tissue immediately after its use.

Don’t share your food with others also avoid eating and drinking in public places.

Use food rich in vitamins as taking food rich in vitamins especially vitamin C will boost your immune system to fight against infection

Don’t share your personal use items like combs, phone, and makeup, etc. with others.

Use hydrogen peroxide or alcohol-based disinfectants to clean your house. Also clean hard surfaces like door handles, furniture, toys, etc. with alcohol-based disinfectant.

Stay home, stay safe. If you have symptoms like cough, headache, and minor fever self-isolate yourself and seek medical attention.
