    When Salmonella bacteria are ingested, they go through an individual’s stomach and colonize the little and internal organ. There, the microorganisms attack the intestinal mucosa and multiply. The microbes can attack the lymphoid tissues of the gastrointestinal parcel and spread to the circulation system.
