    We can gel salmonella from eggs as we know that they can pass from poultry to their eggs. The method for getting salmonella from poultry is that;
    Take small amount from egg and inoculate it on nutrient agar and incubate it at 37 degree temp for 24-hours. Then do catalase and oxidase test. If catalase is positive and oxidase is negative then it is salmonella.
