PCR

Question

I am doing a PCR for a random ssDNA library. Every-time I do the PCR I get a white precipitate in the bottom of the PCR tube even in the control tube. My PCR mix contains 500 uL master mix purchased from idtdna, 497 uL of 16 mM MgCl2, 1.39uL 367 uM forward primer, 0.97 uL 523.9 uM reverse primer. For each PCR tube, I put 92.5 uL of PCR mix and 6 uL of DNA library, except for the control which contains 92.5 uL of PCR mix and 6 uL of nuclease free water. Everything was transferred using filter pipettes.
