Bacteria will grow most likely at the pH 7 but it will show no growth at very low ph . That’s why lemon juice and vinegar are used as the preservatives , because they don’t support bacterial growth. Moreover , there are some non-potentially hazardous foods like beef jerky , bread, uncooked rice, raw onions ,unopened cans and fresh garlic etc , that don’t support the growth of bacteria.
