Answer ( 1 )
Salmonella can be present in or on the food when it is kept for food storage. These microorganisms have the ability to break down the organic material of food and use it for their growth. Which means that a bacteria can use the process of autolysis for it’s growth and reproduction and hence cause the spoilage of food.
