    there are many ways to prevent the egg from the contamination of the salmonella and all are equally important to get ride-off the salmonella contamination.

    • wash the hand properly before and after dealing with the egg
    • follow the SOPs (use protective utensils)
    • refrigerate the eggs to prevents the salmonella infection
    • clean the outer covering of the egg before use
    • use uncracked eggs and properly cooked the egg
