I am running an Antibiotic susceptibility testing for Enterococcus Isolates for my masters Thesis but i found out that the Disks i used have higher miligram unlike specificed on CLSi table, pls is there a way to determine the zone diameter or what can i do because i dont have money for another disk

obviously, the disk that you are using in your experiments didn’t match the standards then due to this u are unable to get your corrected results in order to match the standards.. i guess u may make your own disc ..
So, you can measure the zone of inhibition with the help of scale and compare the diameter of standard zone of inhibition.. but it will not be validated … more antibiotic, more zone …
hope you got the point.
Thanks
