    sexual transfer of gene in bacteria is called Conjugation or sex Pilli..

    Conjugation:

    definition of conjugation is the directly through physical contact transfer of DNA from the donor to a recipient between the cell. (F+MULTIPLY F-)

    Note:

    transfer of Genetic material is always 1 way i.e. from donor to recipient..
