    Macrophages mainly involves in the phagocytic function… macrophages are the antigen presenting cell … so macrophage engulf the pathogen and then done the fragmentation of the pathogen extracellular and present the fragments of the pathogen with the help of MHC-II..

    Note:

    but intracellular done the replication of the pathogen and then present the fragments of the pathogen with the help of MHC-I
