well, there are many ways to prevent our food free from the contamination of bacteria..

wash the hand properly follows all the SOPs like use protective equipment.
use different types of organic acid rinse. these rinses are natural and they don’t affect the quality of the food.
poultry irradiation is also 1 of the method to reduce the contamination of the bacteria.
provide proper storage conditions to the food and properly cooked the food etc.
