Salmonella is present in the food that causes food infection. From the food, it infect the other organism. The food that is involved in the transmission of bacteria in raw or undercooked meat, poultry, eggs or egg products. Bacteria enter into the stomach and then go into the intestine. Salmonella is intracellular pathogen. Bacteria are present in the feces of the patient. From feces, it may transmit to the food by using sewage water.
