How experimentally would you detemine a protein is dna binding ?

    different forces is involves while interacting DNA with the protein i.e. hydrogen bond, dipolar interaction etc. .. you can perform different experiments to find the DNA -protein interaction and the following method is:

    • Down pull down assay
    • micro plate capture and  detection assay
    • DNA electrophoretic mobility shift assay
    • chromatin immuoprecipitation assay
