  1. Salmonella is present in the human gut and excretes through feces. Sewage contamination in food leads to the contamination of foods. The sewage contaminations are due to pipe leakage and mixing of sewage water with the food.

    On average, it takes from 12 to 72 hours for the symptoms to develop when the appropriate infectious dose of salmonella is taken. Their symptoms usually last for four to seven days and most people recover without treatment.

    Salmonella bacteria can cause food poisoning. The symptoms include diarrhea, stomach cramps and sometimes vomiting and fever. The incubation period is almost 12-72 hours. After bacteria enter into the intestine, it causes
