poop or feces contain large number of bacteria and each bacterium has different life span and survival rate. many factors like humidity, temperature and nutrients also play role in bacteria survival. many bacteria can also form resistive structures like spores in harsh environment so it is hard to tell the exact lifespan of bacteria in feces.
