    the amount or number of salmonella on raw chicken vary and depends on the cleanliness of meat. if you get chicken from market that is passed from the cleaning process there will be low number of salmonella on it but if you get unclean meat even low quantity of meat contain higher number of bacteria. for sampling or detection of salmonella 25g of meat is enough to be tested.
