Inhibitor Zone

Question

Hello Everyone..

I am working on herbal extract to test thier effective on bacteria / + – / but the inhibitor zone doesn’t show clear .. it’s It is scattered, not regular ! I used Disk Dissolves to test the effect .. i don’t wherr is the problem?

    well, i would suggest that adopt another way to check the diffusion like well diffusion assay and must use MH agar while performing this task….MH agar helps to get an appropriate results and ZOI as well..
