pharmaceutical microbiology is the branch of applied microbiology under which we study the microorganisms involved in the pharmaceuticals manufacturing like exclusion of microorganisms, endotoxins from starting material involved in manufacturing like water and ensuring sterile final product hence this study involves the quality control of pharmaceutical products. it is also study of antimicrobial effect, microbial contamination and bioburden in pharmaceutical related products.
