A special technique in which host cells grow in invitro condition. The media use to grow cells is called cell culture media
cell culture is a technique in which cells are grown outside their natural environment (body) under controlled conditions. the cells are isolated from the body tissues and are than grown in medium known as cell culture medium containing all of essential nutrients like carbohydrates, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, incubated at body’s temperature of 37 degrees C. other factors are also controlled like pH, gases (O2 and CO2), growth factors, hormones.
