Plasmodium vivax is a protozoal pathogen of human. It causes malaria in human mostly. Plasmodium completes it’s life cycle in the hepatocytes and reticulocytes of the host. Keeping in view about the reticulocytes that cause the full growth of plasmodium vivax , the pH will be round about 7.35-7.45 . Moreover, the oxygen requirements will relate to blood itself which is microaerophilic.
