    high temperature kills most of bacteria. bacteria can multiply at optimum temperature between 40 degrees C to 55 degrees C. these bacteria can be killed at temperature 65 degrees C or 145 degrees F or above. but there are also some bacteria that are known as extreme thermophiles and hyperthermophiles and can tolerate high temperature up to 120 degrees C.
