bacterial identification is very important for the diagnosis of disease and it plays very important role in clinical specimens. visualization can show the shape of bacteria and bacteria have very few types of shapes and many bacteria have same shape. so by visualization can’t tell us either it is the same bacterium we are detecting or some other bacteria.
