How does toothpaste kill bacteria?

  1. A toothpaste has various chemical substances that help in killing the bacteria in mouth. Triclosan ,co polymers and Floride are some examples. Whereas, the toothpastes containing triclosan/co polymer outperformed that of Florida only toothpaste. Triclosan,copolymer helps to keep triclosan in your mouth for long period which increases its ability to kill oral bacteria.
