Which would be more dangerous for COVID?

Question

I would like to know which would have a higher chance of becoming infected with COVID. Traveling in a car with one other person sitting diagonally behind them with the windows open and wearing masks. You are in the car for around 10 minutes. In this scenario you do not know if either of you have COVID. My second scenario is traveling to Target and shopping for 30-60 minutes while wearing a mask.
